Introducing the new Izola Saver Online Banking Platform and Izola Saver Mobile App

 

A better and more convenient experience


We have been working to improve our service offering and we believe that this upgrade will provide you with a better and more convenient experience when managing your Izola Saver Account. As an existing Izola Saver customer, you are required to complete the following easy steps to authenticate the switch to the new Izola Saver Platform.

 

To begin, make sure you have received both the instruction email labelled ‘Here's how to activate your Izola Saver Account’ with your Activation code and the SMS on your mobile phone with your initial 6 digit PIN code. Should you not receive the instruction email and the SMS by Tuesday 9th August, please contact our support team by emailing [email protected].

Getting Started

Downloading and Activating your new Izola Saver Mobile App

 


Step One

Download the Izola Saver Mobile App from Google Play or App Store. We recommend that you install the Izola Saver Mobile App on Android Version 10 and above and iOS Version 12 and above. If you have an Android Phone, please use the link for Google Play and if you own an Apple Device, please use the link to the App Store.

 

             

                

 


Step Two

Once downloaded, open the Izola Saver Mobile App.

 


Step Three

You will be instructed to enter your Activation code and your initial 6-digit PIN code. 
The activation code was sent to you via email and your initial 6-digit PIN code was sent to you on your mobile phone via SMS.

 


Step Four

Once you enter the above details, you will be prompted to set up a new 4-digit PIN code of your own preference. You will then be asked to reconfirm this code.
Make sure that you remember the new code you set up as it will be required for mobile app logins, QR Scanning as well as transaction and document signing.

Congratulations, your Izola Saver Mobile App is now activated and is now ready to use.

Option 1 - Using your QR Code
Step One:

Go to izolabank.com from your laptop/desktop computer, click on Login on the right-hand side of the page and select Izola Saver.

Step Two:

Open your Izola Saver Mobile App.

Step Three:

Select QR Scanner for Desktop Login from your Izola Saver Mobile App.

Step Four: Scan the QR Code from your laptop/desktop computer using the QR scanner on your phone.
Step Five:

Confirm the login on your phone and enter your 4 digit PIN code.

You are now successfully logged in to your Izola Saver Online Banking Platform.

 

Option 2 - Using your Access Code
 

Step One:

Go to izolabank.com from your laptop/desktop computer, click on Login on the right-hand side of the page and select Izola Saver.

Step Two:

Open your Izola Saver Mobile App.

Step Three:

Select Login to Mobile and enter your 4-digit PIN code.

Step Four: Tap on the QR Code icon at the top right-hand side of your Izola Saver Mobile App.
Step Five:

Select Access Code and Tap on Generate.

Step Six:

On the login screen on your laptop/desktop computer, type in your Customer ID and the 7-digit Access code which you have generated on your phone via the Izola Saver Mobile App.

You are now successfully logged in to your Izola Saver Online Banking Platform.

Option 1 - Using your QR Code

Step One Go to izolabank.com from your laptop/desktop computer, click on Login on the right-hand side of the page and select Izola Saver.
Step Two Open your Izola Saver Mobile App.
Step Three Select QR Scanner for Desktop Login from your Izola Saver Mobile App
Step Four

Scan the QR Code from your laptop/desktop computer using the QR scanner on your phone.

Step Five Confirm the login on your phone and enter your 4 digit PIN code.
You are now successfully logged in to your new Izola Saver Online Banking Platform.

Step One Go to izolabank.com from your laptop/desktop computer, click on Login on the right-hand side of the page and select Izola Saver.
Step Two Open your Izola Saver Mobile App.
Step Three Select Login to Mobile and enter your 4-digit PIN code.
Step Four Tap on the QR Code icon at the top right-hand side of your Izola Saver Mobile App.
Step Five Select Access Code and Tap on Generate.
Step Six On the Login Screen on your laptop/desktop computer, type in your Customer ID and the 7-digit Access code which you have generated on your phone via the Izola Saver Mobile App.
You are now successfully logged in to your new Izola Saver Online Banking Platform.
