OPERATIONS CLERK - FRENCH/DUTCH SPEAKING (FULL/ PART TIME)
Working within a small team, the selected candidate will be responsible for manning a telephone customer help desk as well as entering into written correspondence with customers in relation to the opening and operation of accounts and the resolution of customer queries.
He/she will also be responsible for the daily updating of the bank’s accounting records as well as perform general office administration duties.
The selected candidate will have a minimum A- level standard of education.
In addition to fluency in English, candidates must be fluent in Dutch and French. Both verbal and writing skills will be tested at interview stage.
He/she will be outgoing, flexible and have an excellent telephone manner.
Candidates in possession of an Accounting and I.T. qualification will be preferred.
Relevant work experience, though preferred, is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
